Peter James Bennett
(The "Raven")
“The Raven totem speaks to my soul and guides my spirit. It is a messenger between the dark and the light. The Ravens embody courage for self-reflection and the ability for the transformation of difficulties into blessings.
In my medium, incorporating acrylic, clay board, and resin, I endeavor to create paintings or "beacons" illuminating the path of the spirit's journey through life.
I use "Runes" as a guide on the journey and "Portals" as a doorway to transformation and ascension..."

Jen Bennett
(The "Wolf")
The Autistic Cat is created by Jen, a neurodivergent mixed-media artist who finds joy in clocks, cats, and vibrant creativity.
Using bold acrylics, graphic design, vivid sublimation, and integrated beadwork, she creates fun and quirky compositions that also include snippets of her partner Peter’s work, displayed alongside hers in the Lakewood Art Gallery.
Jen shares her life with Peter and their four cherished feline companions and enjoys exploring the outdoors, researching, art, advocacy, and discovering ways to promote a more inclusive and supportive world.
Every piece of art you purchase supports autistic-led research and local feline rescue groups, reflecting the purpose at the heart of The Autistic Cat.
